Holistic hypnotherapy on the Sunshine Coast
In person at Banyula Zen in Doonan, in the Noosa Hinterland. Or online, wherever you are.
I'm Nathan Norindr, a clinical hypnotherapist based in Doonan. I trained in clinical hypnosis and strategic psychotherapy in the Neo-Ericksonian tradition, and I'm an NLP Practitioner. I combine that clinical training with parts work, nervous-system regulation and somatic practice.
“Holistic” means the whole person is in the room: your history, your nervous system, your body and what you want your life to become, not just the symptom that brought you in.
What I help with
- Anxiety and chronic stress
- Self-sabotage and repeating patterns
- Confidence, self-worth and imposter feelings
- Chronic pain and IBS
- Habits, phobias and sleep
- Life transitions, through the Conscious Evolution Program
Where sessions happen
In-person sessions are held at Banyula Zen, in the hills of Doonan in the hinterland behind Noosa. It's within easy reach of Noosa, Tewantin, Sunshine Beach, Peregian, Eumundi and Cooroy. The exact address comes with your booking confirmation.
It isn't a clinic. It's a quiet space among the trees, and that helps: people tend to arrive already a little slower.
If the drive doesn't suit you, sessions work well online by video call, anywhere in Australia or overseas, in English or French.
Ways to work together
Start with a free 30-minute Clarity Call. From there: a 90-minute Initial Session (A$250), packages of 6 or 8 sessions, Theta (three private sessions, A$999), or the twelve-week Conscious Evolution Program (A$4,000, or A$500 to begin, then 14 weekly payments of A$250). Compare the options.
Every fortnight I also hold The Crossing at the same venue: a Friday-evening gathering of ecstatic dance, cacao and breathwork for up to 25 people.

Questions people ask
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly, with no referral from a GP.
Is online as effective as in person?
For most people, yes. Hypnosis relies on your attention and my voice, and both travel well by video. Some people prefer the room at Banyula Zen; others prefer their own home. Both work.
Is it covered by Medicare?
No. Hypnotherapy isn't covered by Medicare. Private health cover varies by fund and policy, so check with yours directly.
